All of Hound Couture's accessories are lovingly handmade in Lancashire. Our products are designed and handmade with great care, which takes a skilled level of craftsmanship that we don't like to rush.

As we make all of our collars and leads to order, please allow 7 working days for us to make and dispatch your goods. We will always try our best to deliver sooner than this time frame; however, this depends on how busy our studio is. 

​

As soon as your order is dispatched we will email you with confirmation. For UK shipping, all of our accessories are posted via Royal Mail First Class Signed for delivery for customer protection. For international shipping, we use International Tracked and Signed for postage.

 

Please note, due to size, our Snuggle Beds and Nest Beds are posted via DPD Delivery

UK POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:

• Snuggle Bed Covers (no cushion)  (Posted  via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Delivery with Signature) £4.99

Please note, if you order a mixture of products, the higher rate of postage will be calculated. 

 

Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class post within 1-3 working days. In some instances, (such as public holidays/ busier time periods) this may take up to 5 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. 

 

Please note that your order will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not going to be at home don't worry, a Royal Mail card with a reference number will be posted through the letterbox so that you can either reschedule your delivery or collect this from your local Royal Mail collection point. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for additional shipping costs if your item is not collected from the collection point by yourself and ends up being returned back to us as a consequence. 

 

Please allow 24 hours before collecting from your local collection point after receiving your card. You will need to take appropriate I.D with you to collect.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:

• International Tracked and Signed for all accessories: £11.50

​

• Snuggle Beds (with cushion)  and Nest Beds- via DHL: £55.00

​

• Snuggle Bed Covers (without cushion) via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed £34.00 

 

For accessories posted with international tracked and signed for, you can track your shipping with your tracking reference number that can be monitored via the Royal Mail website here.

Please allow 48 hours for your tracking number to update. 

​

For parcels sent to Europe, Royal Mail delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days from dispatch. In some instances this may take up to 10 working days.

For the rest of the World, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days from dispatch. In some instances this may take up to 15 working days.

Snuggle Beds will take longer to arrive due to their size and carrier. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

​

Please note that for international shipping, Hound Couture cannot be held responsible for any delays caused via the carrier and/or customs.

Hound Couture will not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that may be incurred when shipping outside of the UK. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.

 

From the 1st July 2021, all physical goods valued at €150 or under, being sent to a customer in an EU country will incur the import VAT charges to that country, custom duties (if payable) and a handling fee. It is the customer's responsibility for any import charges, taxes and fees. Hound Couture are not responsible for such fees.

A full list of the EU countries that this applies to includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Accurate Address Information:

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have an updated address in PayPal. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog accessories are the correct size for your dog. If you would like any advice on how to measure please contact us at: sales@houndcouture.co.uk and we will gladly assist. 

 

As all of our items here at Hound Couture are made to order, we can only offer a refund or exchange if your item is damaged or faulty. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty this may be returned to us for a replacement or full refund- including shipping.

Please contact us at: sales@houndcouture.co.uk if you wish for this refund/ replacement. You will need to provide photographs of the faulty item and it must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, therefore we recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office when you return the item to us.
