Thank you for visiting our website and welcome to the brand.  My name is Gina and I am the owner of Hound Couture. 

 

Being the proud owner of three wonderful dogs (Hugo and Theodore the Standard Dachshunds and Frankie a Cream Labradoodle) I found it hard to find collars and leads for them that were practical, stylish and also had a luxurious finish. I wanted to create a luxury product with a classic style that was suitable for a wide range of dogs, from small to large (like my own).

 

As a qualified Fashion and Print Designer and having worked in the industry for over 6 years, I have always had a passion for beautiful fabrics, prints and finer details. Rose gold metals are one of my favourite materials- therefore our ranges have been specifically designed to compliment this hardware beautifully. 

 

I spend a lot of time researching and sourcing fabrics and components to ensure that they are perfect for their end use. For me, a collar or lead has to be both visually appealing but also safe. As a dog owner myself, I understand just how important it is that our dogs are secure when we walk them- safety is the main priority when I am designing our products.

Each item from Hound Couture is designed and handmade individually by myself in Lancashire.  You will often find me sewing and packing in my little studio whilst my little office mascots sit at my feet waiting for the occasional treat!
